The project encompasses the construction of Pakej 3 of the Lebuhraya Pantai Timur Phase 2, extending the existing route from Karak to Kuantan. This phase involves the development of a two-lane dual carriageway, complete with rest areas and service facilities, along with laybys designated for public and enforcement agencies.
