With proven records of successful mega projects – Cergas Murni Sdn Bhd (CMSB) is Malaysia's high achieving civil and structural contractor in the bridge and highway building industry.

Being a G7 CIDB 4 STAR and Class A Bumiputra contractor, Cergas Murni, founded in 1986, has earned accolades and citations of appreciation from the highways infrastructure authorities as well as awards such as the Malaysian Society for Occupational Safety and Health (MSOSH)-Silver Award in 2009 for good Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) Performance.

For its excellent performance, CIDB awarded the 4 STAR rating to CMSB in 2018 and 2020. In the year 2017, CMSB was awarded by the Construction Industry Development Board’s (CIDB) prestigious Malaysia Construction Industry Excellence Awards (MCIEA) 2017 Best Project Award Category-Special Mention Major Project more than RM 100 million (Infrastructure). Other awards swept by CMSB in 2017 include the Golden Bull Award 2017-Super Golden Bull category and the recent Selangor Excellence Business Award 2017-Excellence in Structural Construction from Dewan Perniagaan Melayu Malaysia.

CMSB recently completed the iconic 3rd Klang Bridge for JKR Selangor, the Jambatan Raja Muda Nala, named after the early 18th century warrior and Crown Prince that was officially launched by the Sultan of Selangor, H.R.H Sultan Sharafuddin Idris Shah on 19 November 2017. CMSB was also praised for its initiative, offering an alternative design plan that saved RM 5 million. Presently CMSB is en route to complete the Sungai Besi-Ulu Kelang Elevated Expressway (SUKE) Package CB1 from Projek Lintasan Kota Holdings Sdn Bhd (Prolintas).

CMSB successfully completed the Batu Maung interchange to the Second Penang Bridge in 2014 while other landmark projects include three packages of the East Coast Highway Phase 2 (LPT2) and the Bukit Kuang Bridge as part of the Eastern Corridor Economic Region initiative.
