The infrastructure project encompasses three (3) tunnelling works situated around the Bukit Bintang City Centre Development. It includes extensive earthworks, relocation of existing utilities, and the demolition and reinstatement of structural elements, including retaining walls within the Malaysian Police Headquarters (IPPKL) area.

This Tunnel project was the first tunnel constructed below an active full-service monorail line in the heart of Kuala Lumpur City, highlighting various innovative engineering solutions to address unique challenges.
